  ** Renter Beware ** This is the worst place to do buisness with. You are guaranteed to be harrased about your payment, when even their is no payment due. For our family it got so bad that we returned all of items because of poor customer service. Returning our items amplified our desire to disconnect from this location. This was by-far the worst experience in my life. I will make sure that no one in my organization, church, community does business with this location. The return process is a joke to the entire staff. We ultimately had to get people from our church to assist with the return because this store acted like they couldn't come pick their items up. We had to schedule pick up 2 weeks out, for a Saturday pick up. We waited half the morning, no show. I called to check on pick up time the manager advised me that we're not scheduled for a pick up. We advised them to come to b pick up their items, we were waiting half the morning. So they scheduled an emergency pick up. They came Saturday and according to our ring camera, they rang dorebell, and let in 2 minutes flat. Someone has been home all day waiting for pick up. So since the didn't wait for us to answer the door, we were forced to reschedule pick up for Wednesday. Because they said they didn't have availability to pick up to Wednesday. So members of our church helped to facilitate the return on Monday morning. When we arrive the delivery truck was outside parked. Inside; all of the staff were just hanging around doing absolutely nothing.

  I place my order for a refrigerator with John, the store manager on August 1st and was told that it would be delivered to the store on Friday the 7th and he was going to pencil me in for delivery Saturday morning , the 8th. I waited all week and then the day before my refrigerator was supposed to be delivered, I received a voicemail stating that it was going to be delivered the following Friday, the 14th. After talking with the store associated, I was told that the delivery truck had already left and my refrigerator didn't get put in the order but yet they waited until the day before to inform me that my fridge was not going to be delivered. No option offered for a substitute. Needless to say I canceled the order. This is not how you begin a new contract with a new customer. If I'm going to have to wait two and three weeks, then I can go somewhere else, save money and rent a u haul to deliver it.

  We tried to try this company for the first time, for a new house. We thought a refrigerator would be a good option, on the website it said Available in Stock, and delivery Friday. Today is Wednesday, we pay in advance, Monday. We called to see the delivery options but no one answered. Today they tell us that the delivery would be Monday, we called again, to cancel, the order and a gentleman named "Eric" in less than 2 seconds says, I'll take care of it, without explaining how the refund works, the call ends. We call again, now someone else answers us, and you can hear the "Eric" behind the phone babbling, and talking. They put us on hold until he answers. He asked for "Apology" as if to get out of trouble. I work in customer service, we have company, and people like those are a damage the growth of a business. Thank you

  Haven’t even received my furniture yet I can already tell it’s going to be an issue. Rented a sectional Saturday was supposed to be delivered Tuesday with no ETA was just told someone would contact me 30 mins before. Missed that delivery because they were there earlier than expected. Called the office I was ensured it was supposed to be delivered later that day that never happened. Went back to Aaron’s the following morning then was told my furniture was on the truck but wouldn’t be delivered till next Tuesday .. one of the assistants had a smug smart attitude I did not appreciate at all I will keep updating based of future interactions.
