My grill has been missing since the 4th of July. It was delivered to the wrong house, which is their fault because I had the correct grill on the delivery. Their solution was to go pick up the delivery and then re-deliver it. First of all, we know that a grill won’t still be there in a day. Secondly, the appropriate solution would be to send a new grill that hasn’t been anywhere and make a customer wait when it’s their fault that it’s delivered to the wrong place. Also, I called the store numerous times, but most of the time, I got no answer. When I did get a response, they told me they needed to send an email to find my grill, which I’ve already paid for. I asked for a call back on an update, but I haven’t received one in two days. Still, there’s no solution.

I have been trying to get my storm doors installed for 2 months and every time it is scheduled to be installed, I get a call from Lowe’s saying they have the wrong size or the wrong doors ordered and need to reschedule. I don’t think I’ll ever get these doors installed because they can’t get the doors right. I was even told I may not be approved for a refund, which is absolutely ridiculous because I don’t even want these doors anymore and do not want to work with Lowe’s installations at this point. This has happened 3 times and I am very upset at the service I have received from Lowe’s. Absolutely terrible.

What can I say? I love coming here. This is my toy store now, as a homeowner with lots of projects to do. I've spent thousands of dollars here, and will spend thousands more, because I can always find what I want, and there's always a professional somewhere nearby to help me figure out which pipe fitting is best, or what type of gravel I should use.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
