  Meh, you know we're there for a free water sample test, no need to make us feel uncomfortable not buying your overpriced products. Older gentlemen tried to tell me the chlorine was being burnt up by the sun and heat. Not when the report says CYA levels are good sir! That's not how it works! I've been good using 1 3" puck and a cup of liquid a week for the last 3 months in a 5k gallon pool. The sun and heat has been the same. If you would have suggested it was being eaten up within the day by unseen biomaterials I could have gotten behind that and possibly listened to anything else you had to say. When ya suggested shocking once a week adding chlorine granuals and multiple pucks in the floater every week I knew you were just trying to sell me a bunch stuff I didn't need. Ended up buying a 10$ bag of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) at walmart to raise the pH a hair, dumped a bag of shock in and ran the pump over night. And what do ya know, I got a bunch of brown stuff at the bottom of my pool now that must have been floating before and just couldn't see it (clear water) and that's what was eating up my chlorine much faster than normal. Thanks for the free test tho. I had just needed to confirm my CYA level was good, was thinking my drop test was wrong since my chlorine was getting burnt up so quickly.

  Ryan has always been awesome to deal with. Always explaining step by step directions, because I don’t understand pools. By far the best in the pool business.

  First off I would like to say Ryan in Forney is by far the best and the most friendliest person I have met. He always listens and is soo helpful when you ask questions about your pool. He is absolutely very knowledgeable and I totally trust any of his advice. Everyone needs a Ryan at their pool supply store, just not mine 😁
