- JTJimmy TannerJun 30, 20261.0The bottomless pit of updates. They offer free water testing and then try to sell you chemicals. Don't stand behind there warranties on goods sold and basically I liken them to a Discount Tire. Don't go if you don't have to!

It seems like he doesnt want to be there and makes other people not want to be there as well, at least make your customers feel welcome. Id recommend somewhere else to get your pool water tested or get your chemicals. Im sad its come to this, I dont write negative reviews often, but this calls for one.
- MAm aJun 8, 20261.0I am not sure who the store manager is. But each time I take the sample there, if the old grumpy guy is at the store, the tester machine is down. He also refused to accept the returned part that I ordered from Leslie's store, but from a different location (Garland). I was reading the other reviews, and unfortunately, I see similar feedback from other people. I hope Leslie's people will intervene and fix the issue.
