The store is amazing as always, but unfortunately, our experience with one of the cashiers, Jasmin, was disappointing. We had a cart full of flowers that we were purchasing for the decor for a Eucharistic Adoration. Jasmin looked at our cart, pointed it out to a fellow cashier, and said, “Look what I have here,” in a mocking manner, right in front of us. What made this particularly upsetting was the audacity to assume that we would not understand English and to make fun of us openly. It costs nothing to be courteous, and kind. It was disheartening to be treated this way. People may have forgotten the importance of good customer service, but more importantly, we should never forget to treat others with basic human respect.

Customer service has seriously changed at many of the stores I visit—and I visit them regularly. The Hobby Lobby in Flower Mound is one of them. The workers seem more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. It’s sad for a place that’s built on Christian values. A greeting, a little kindness, and a simple “thank you” shouldn’t be too much to expect. Thank God there are other locations I can go to where the customer service is a little better..not much but a little

I enjoy shopping here because the people are nice and they typically have a good variety of of what you need.

There was an issue on pricing of an item so the cashier had someone come over. They said the sticker was not a hobby lobby sticker and someone put a fake sticker on the flowers. Mind you, there was an entire section of these flowers with the stickers on them. Wouldn’t have been a big deal, except…the supervisor said that whoever did this was retarded. That was completely unacceptable language. Especially given that I had my special needs uncle with me. The store manager also didn’t seem to care much about our experience and didn’t offer to make it right. There is more to this experience but the most important part was the language used and how we were treated.

📣 First time at this location was 31 Aug., before 10 am; the Project? I saw a prayer 🙏 for Chiropractors which inspired me to create a personalized and specialized branch-of-medical-science 🙏 for one of my doctors; then I collaborated with AI and it was perfect! purchased a nice Gold 11x14 Frame, (I prefer not to disclose the name of the retail store); my awesome team at PostNet assisted with the size and creativity of the 🙏 (borders); once framed, the frame fell apart! 😱😠the Challenge? In between appointments and errands, finding a new Gold Frame stat! met Alyssa who assisted me with finding the right frame! During this most-positive-shopping-experience, I happened to meet the Manager, Matt, Ass’t Mgr, Chris, Mary, who greeted and Welcomed me when I first entered, I call Mary the “HL Goodwill Ambassador”, Lotte was at Check-out, a very pleasant employee; in a 🌎 where we sometimes encounter “Customer Care Less”, the employees I met were the epitome of “Customer Care” and are greatly appreciated👏🙏; Lessons Learned? Only buy picture frames at HL not the other retail stores-it’s HL 1st! added, unexpected bonus? they were 40% off 😊; If you haven’t been to a HL or haven’t been for quite some time, I suggest going-they have an amazing variety of products and great sales! With your creativity and project ideas, the possibilities are endless!
