I was very comfortable speaking with the associate and wanted to ask her out for dinner but I figured that might be inappropriate. She was totally understanding the situation I was in, which encouraged me to make it a point to do business with them. Great job Aaron's Rent To Own. Would have certainly gave them 5 stars if the doors weren't lock and a 5 minute wait was discouraging.
- ESEvelyn SaucedaApr 28, 20201.0Certain employees are extremely uninformed. They couldn't answer the simplest of questions. When I first went to purchase a stand-up freezer the employees each stated different sizes when I asked what size was the largest. When I purchased a freezer i stated that I wanted a new one. The one that they delivered had corn and other stuff on the bottom. I told the delivery men that I had asked for a new one so they called the salesman. He then told me that they didn't have one in stock so I either had to take that one or to try another store. I couldn't wait any longer because we had processed two large pigs and needed it for the next day. The freezer was badly dented as well. We asked for paperwork on the product, they said that they don't give the customer any paperwork on the products that they sell. The purchase took place in November. Last week the freezer went completely out, spoiling over $400 worth of meat. They will not compensate for that either. They wont even provide paper stating that i returned the freezer. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO AARON'S, EVER!!

He cursed at my husband stating, "I'll put you down for the 18th so we can leave you the HELL alone." I'm extremely disappointed with Aaron's. Ray should have taken a different approach and took a step back and said, "Mr. Martinez I'll take your payment today and let's schedule a time you can come in and discuss your account. I completely understand you want your payment on the 15th however if you can come in we can talk about other options that may best suit you.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
