I had an excellent experience with this storage facility. The property is clean, secure, and well maintained, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.
A special thank you to Suzanne, the manager, who went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions and help however she could. Her attention to detail and genuine care for customers really set this location apart.

I cannot say enough good things about Suzanne, (manager of the Main St. Euless, TX location). She manages this place so well. She has one of the best combinations of kindness, knowledge and business sense that I have seen. Extra space, if you are listening, she needs promoted! You have an excellent asset in her. Now, for the the facility. It is well maintained, but it is older and you can tell from the aged drywall interiors. Concrete block buildings are nice and it beats the steel erector set storage places you find out there. The biggest issue is that Extra Space, as a company, has no sense of value for loyal multi-year customers. Seriously, I have been in about every unit in this place over the last 20 years! They will raise your rent every full moon and if you sit back and say nothing, you will be paying 2X what a new tenant pays for the same size unit. This aggressive pricing model is such a turn off. The only reason I stay is because the manager Suzanne treats customers like royalty. But for short term storage, that you have an "exit" strategy plan in place, this place works. Just don't plan on staying long term without deep pockets, a willingness to push back, or move out.
