    I stopped in at this location yesterday to pick up 4 chairs I had bought online. When I arrived at the location, it wasn't very clear where pickup was and so I started walking toward the nearest associate that I saw. I wish I had asked for her name because I would love to address her by name in this review. When we approached her she immediately stopped what she was doing and asked us with a huge smile if we needed help finding anything. You know how they train you at work to "act" like you're happy to help the customer? This lady seemed GENUINELY happy to help us. She helped us with the purchase of new chairs because somehow I had messed up the online order. Throughout the process she was so incredibly friendly and welcoming to us. We actually had a conversation about her on the drive home. She asked us to do a survey on the bottom of the receipt, but for some reason the website won't work. Whoever the young woman is that helped me with the purchase of my 4 chairs yesterday, thank you! Kindness can go so far. You really made my day! If there is an accurate website to leave feedback for her, please tell me the correct website because she definitely deserves it.

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund. While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items. *we allow up to 3 returns without a receipt.
