- TATed Aschenbrenner2 days ago1.0Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed, To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing. So manny came and offered to help and made sure I had everything I needed and it was correct. If it wasn’t for him I would’ve went to the competition. Thanks manny
- AIAngela IrachetaApr 20, 20261.0This Lowe’s is the absolute WORSE. Had a large pickup order and for our luck it was fulfilled by accident waited 2 hours for it. Then it didn’t all fit in one vehicle so we asked if we can come by in about 2 hours. Come the 2 hours we show up and no one can find the other half of the order, the manager started pointing fingers at her associates and associates said she accidentally sent the ready for pickup notification. Called the store and for my luck it was the manager. She told me she was going to try and figure out what happened because the morning crew didn’t let the night crew know about the order. On hold for 30 minutes and still NOTHING, she is worthless! Gave us such a hassle so we just ended up going to return everything. Never ordering from here again.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
