  Worst furniture and furniture store ever. Apparently they are not an "official" la-z-boy store. Even though they have the logo front and center? I called to access the warranty when a seem came undone. Got sent around to four different departments and service centers and kept ping ponging me everywhere. Absolute worst up selling and I would just pick a different store. Their stuff is not that special. Edit update: Sorry La-Z-Boy, simply replying to a bad review is a very weak and lazy attempt at correcting a very poor customer issue that is not directly being addressed. Very typical of a bunch of good body talk.

  I've been to other furniture stores and was ignored. This place is different. From day one, I felt like a valued customer. Abel, my sales representative, really took the time to get to know me and recommend the perfect recliner back in March. However, when my medical needs changed, he advocated for me to exchange my new chair to a more supportive one. Money wasn't his goal, it was customer service. I really appreciate Able & the management team for taking care of me.

  This is our second recliner purchase with La-Z-Boy. Abel Tovar helped us with our recent purchase and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to direct us to exactly what we wanted and made the transaction so easy and pleasant. We are very happy with our recliner and service from Abel.
