  It’s always nice when you walk into a place of business and you are acknowledged immediately by more than one person. This was our first time purchasing from Furniture Row My son furnished his entire apartment ! The quality is excellent.! His sales person was Irma. She was Very friendly and extremely informative she knew exactly when the sale started and when it ended, who doesn’t want to save extra money Irma made the transaction quick and simple and my son had his furniture in less than three weeks. Thank you, Irma.!😊 your the best!!!

  My husband & I went back to purchase furniture we had seen in December not knowing if it would still be available. Irma Munoz greeted us & was patient & kind. She took time with us & answered any & all questions. It was at least an hour & more. She was Amazing! Any needs that we have in furnishing our home I want to come here to Furniture Row because she really made me feel she wanted our business whether we bought or not.

  Great experience at Furniture Row! We purchased two recliners and a TV stand, and Khalil was incredibly helpful without being pushy. He gave us plenty of space to browse while still being available to answer questions and explain the current promotions and financing options. The whole process was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for Khalil!

  I went into Furniture Row dining room just to browse not expected to purchase anything.Although I did have my mindset on a barstool which I found. Then I started looking at loveseats, sofas and ,, oversized chairs, and one thing led to another. I met an associate named Khalil. Very well, mannered, very courteous and very informed on the inventory. I spent quite a bit of time, listening to his suggestions and his ideas. And even though I could not find an exact sofa with the exact color, he gave me options with certain inventory where I could customize the color scheme and the pillow schemes. I was very impressed with him and I felt very comfortable. I didn’t feel like a guppy being stalked like most at other stores. Khalil also help me with ideas on how to make my payments.. All in all, it was a good visit and a good purchase
