  Folks, I'm a recent customer who, along with my wife, went into the store to buy a living room set. Irma was our sales lady and I have to say she was quite pleasant and most helpful. She was very patient and took the time to explain and describe their inventory like a true professional. After some hesitation on our part, we were satisfied with a living room set that was on special and were re-assured by Irma that we could change our minds later if we had second thoughts. Well, guess what, we had second thoughts a few days later about the set we had chosen, and Irma was gracious and polite in helping us select a different set. She handled the paper work quickly and we left satisfied with our new decision. Once our furniture was delivered, we were quite happy with it, but one day a few months later we noticed a small defect with one of the recliner sofas. A quick call to Furniture Row and they sent a team to inspect and try to figure out what the problem was. When they found that the defect would not be an easy fix, the manager, Jorge, quickly called and arranged for a replacement (Irma was not at work that day). A few days later, Irma called back to re-assure us the replacement sofa would arrive within the week. Sure enough, we were notified of the delivery date and time and when the day arrived, the delivery team arrived right on schedule!! Unheard of, right? Well the team quickly unpacked the replacement sofa, took apart the defective sofa and quickly made the replacement. In and out the door within half-an-hour or so! Amazing! So, if you are looking for a great place to shop for furniture (They have a large inventory of really great stuff), my recommendation is Furniture Row! You cannot go wrong with their professionalism, their down to earth sales people, and their terrific Delivery Teams.

  David was incredibly professional and friendly from start to finish. He took the time to really listen to what my family needed, answered all of our questions with patience, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about finding the right fit, not just making a sale. We had a great experience and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for furniture.

  For over 20 years I have been a customer at Furniture Row and Denver Mattress. So of course when the time comes for me to purchase new furniture and / or a new mattress I already know where I’m going to shop. I did research on the website before I called the store. Jorge at Furniture Row answered the phone and I asked him if I was able to place an order over the phone. He said that I can place a phone order. Jorge went over what I wanted and made sure my order was correct before I paid. The link he sent me to pay was very easy to use. Jorge offered to go to Denver Mattress because I also needed a mattress. Within minutes Mikayla contacted me. I told her the things I was looking for in a mattress and she found one that I was familiar with. Mikayla spent her time letting me know how to care for the mattress , the warranty and how my delivery would work since I will have a combo delivery. Mikayla was super patient and answered all of my questions. Even though I was not in the store , Jorge and Mikayla made me feel like I was there by how well they described the products and ran everything down to me that I needed to know. I’m happy that in the over 20 years that I have shopped with Furniture Row and Denver Mattress it’s nice to know that the customer service is still great! For anyone who is looking for employees who will help you find what you need I recommend these two stores. Furniture Row and Denver Mattress products also are very good quality. About 95 percent of my home has Furniture Row/ Denver Mattress products in it. My items have lasted with 5 children over a time span of 10-20 years for my items. I receive compliments from my family and friends about how nice my furniture is. We are a military family and each time we have moved the movers have told me that I have good quality furniture.
