  I have been a customer for more than a year now and recommend for anybody who is interested in renting, to be aware of rent increases. Every few months my rent increases and I get no notifications at all. I work away from town and cannot move to another storage space at the moment. I’d like to leave proof of the significant difference. Unless your contract states your rent will stay the same please be aware.

  Great experience renting a storage unit here. The staff member jaime who helped me was professional, courteous, and very helpful. He made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

  I recently rented a unit at Extra Space Storage and initially had a positive experience. The customer service staff were polite, professional, and helpful during the sign-up process, which made getting started very easy. However, after only a few short months, the monthly rent for my storage unit was raised to nearly double the original price with very little notice. What makes this even more frustrating is that the same unit size was still being advertised to new customers at the original lower rate. This feels extremely misleading and unfair to customers who are already renting units. A sudden increase of that size makes it difficult to budget and gives the impression that the company relies on attracting customers with a lower promotional rate and then dramatically increasing the price shortly afterward. After comparing prices, the new rate was significantly higher than other storage facilities in the area offering similar units. While the staff themselves are courteous and professional, the pricing practices make it hard to recommend this location. I would strongly suggest that anyone looking for storage take the time to compare other storage units and rental companies in the area before committing, as there are likely more transparent and stable pricing options available

  Customer service is top notch. Diana is so friendly and helpful. Walked me through everything with a smile. Using the app to gain entry is so easy and convenient. The facility is super, super clean. Call them. The lady that helped me as I was setting up my lease (unfortunately I can't remember her name), really found a great deal for me. Much better than anything I found online. Better location, better price, and even a better unit than I was originally looking for. Great experience with them. I will definitely be using them in the future.
