Be aware!!!! They will lure you in with a cheap rate, or promotion, then your rate will skyrocket!!!! You sign a paper acknowledging that the rate "might" increase when you fist sign up, but the employee told me it's never more than 20 dollars. Now I have to move all my stuff and go somewhere else.

I AM Leaving 1 star because I can't leave any less. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a storage facility. I have a new rental and on day one everything is wrong. First there is no one in the office and they have a sign stating returns at. certain ti.e they are late an hour
My access code did not work so I called about that and my lock that I was force to purchase
They told me it would be in the unit. I was able to follow a car and get inside and no lock in unit
I called them back and was told oh well I would have to wait for the manager to get back. I called main office to verify access code and still did not work, so I was trapped inside gate until a car let me out as they exited. Christopher the manager is poor on customer service. I was hounded by CS prior to finalizing my unit and now customer service was nowhere to be found.I asked for a full refund but has to be done by the non present manager. Who knows how long I will have to wait for a refund. I will tell everyone I know about this experience and have them go elsewhere. Poor,poor just BS!!!!!! Would not give a receipt for refund. He also had the nerve to say Thank you for your service. Total disrespect for mine and all veterans service.

I have been utilizing extra space storage for years, from my time living in NC and now here in El Paso. So it’s extremely disappointing and frustrating to say this is the worse experience I’ve had thus far. I rented a climate control unit in Oct 2025. By Jan 2026 my storage fee was being increased by almost $100, after I clearly indicated that I was only going to use the unit for about 8-9 months while I’m deployed. The management finally decided to keep my fee at the regular price after a lengthy back and forth. Upon return from my deployed I met my unit with no A/C or central air. The unit was hot as the outside environment (over 95 degrees). I was told by an employee that the A/C has been out for about a week (I honestly think it was longer than that) and the management was dragging their feet to fix it. No emails or text notifications were sent out to customers informing them of this issue. Instead customers items were left in a hot and humid environment. A few of my items are temperature sensitive and need to be kept at a certain temperature. I would not recommend this site for military service members looking to store their possessions which they spent their hard earn money on.

Absolutely the worst company. So you mean to tell me that because we currently have a unit and people are waiting to get a unit it makes our unit high demand so I now have to pay double the price now. That is trash and how you end up out of business. Not to mention according to your manager this can happen at anytime as long as we get notified 30 days out and there is no cap as to how high the price will go from month to month but I don't see you lowering the price when it's not in demand. ROBBERY
Update: I called the number as requested all is does is take me to the same person I already spoke to.How about someone from the 888 number call me to address this matter.
