I’ve had this storage facility for about 3 months now. It is in a great location and always kept very clean. The customer service has been exceptional. Jack, has always gone above and beyond to be of assistance. Definitely recommend this location for your temperature controlled storage needs!

I had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage, thanks to Alfred and Jack. They were both friendly, professional, and incredibly patient. Alfred took the time to check multiple facilities to find the storage unit that would best meet our family’s needs, and I never felt rushed.
I also had a little difficulty completing the online paperwork, and Alfred walked me through each step with kindness and patience until everything was finished. His outstanding customer service made what could have been a stressful process so much easier.
Jack was also great. He took the time to answer all of my additional questions after we rented our storage unit. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything. I really appreciated his customer service and willingness to help.

The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff, both on the phone and in person, was very helpful, especially Jack, who went out of his way to help me rent the most economical set up and did it quickly when I was in a bind with a moving truck on site and a storage unit that was too small for what I had to put in it. I would use the facility again. Highly recommend.
