Went today because I needed wood planks for my bed frame and boy I didn’t know what I was walking into. I barely had the measuring. As I was looking at all the wood and didn’t know what to get this lovely man came up to me DIEGO? (I lowkey forgot your name I’m sorry but you know who you are). He was very sweet and cracked some jokes. He listened to my story of what I needed and why and he led me to the right place. He said I could cut it if I wanted and took me to the cutting area. He told to clock in and start cutting. Haha no he did it for me which I didn’t know they did. He said he wasn’t a carpenter so it wouldn’t be perfect and he was right because now my bed is wobbly from the planks. Thank you Diego for making the experience better. Will say y’all’s carts suck I was struggling. My wood fell so many times and I hit so many things on the way to the register.

I’ve tried contacting this store three times today. All three times, I was on hold with an automated system for OVER 10 MINUTES. Never got a real person on the phone or had anyone from the departments I was trying to reach answer the phone!!! Complete waste of my time. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Extremely disappointed in Lowe’s.

Recently purchased appliances installation and haul away services and it's been a nightmare with items finally delivered 2 weeks later but not installed yet due to installation crew not bringing necessary things and most of all the willingness to install unfortunately the only manager
"Art " that is willing to help out is off for the day so now we have a stove with no cord since I ran to the store to exchange it for them but they were gone by the time I was back and a refrigerator that doesn't make ice or water till another 4 days till they send another installer.
I recommend if you buy appliances to hire someone else to install it due to the lack of communication between Lowe's and their install Contractors
1-800 number not very helpful unless you get someone willing to work and you can tell if they are bad representatives because they won't ask you to take the call survey they are Bad representatives but not Dumb
