Customer service at the location was amazing! Place was clean, app was easy to use, hours were super flexible! We were so sad to leave due to a doubling of our rate on a 10x10 unit. We requested a deduction, but even though they tried to help, our rate still went up 50% from prior month with no rate lock/guarantee it wouldn’t pop back up next month. Wonderful place, but it felt like a bait and switch after our first four months (prepaid). It just isn’t in our budget to not know how much our rental unit will be each month. Would be nice to be able to have a year-long contract or similar. We would have loved to have stayed!
