What an AMAZING store! The customer service is, by far, the best I’ve had in a long time. We just moved into a new house and Jayce was so helpful and informative last week, helping me pick out our new carpet! Then I went in today and Jayce and Cole helped me find an incredibly nice patio set. Then Jayce stuck around to help me find the perfect refrigerator! The customer service here is unbeatable! Ordered products to be shipped same day and was delayed until the next day, annoying, but no big deal. When the products arrived I was missing two items. Called customer service and was told someone was going to reach out within 24 hours. Waited two days before calling since no one reached out. Again, was told someone would reach out, no one did. Waited another two days, still no resolution and having to call again. This should not be so difficult to fix an issue that was created on your end. There is zero communication with follow ups.
