  When your hours say 9am–6pm, most people assume you’re open until… you know, 6pm. Showed up 45 minutes before closing and the place was dark and empty. Drove out of my way for nothing. Either update your hours or actually stay open when you say you are. Not cool.

  If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I was upsold on chemicals I didn’t need and when my pool guy advised me of it I tried to return them. They said we don’t take back chemicals despite the fact that it was fully sealed. So they’ll test your water, sell you junk you don’t need and when you find out you were duped and try to return it they’ll refuse it. I will NEVER shop here again!

  Been doing business with Leslie's in Highland Village for years and then when they opened up the Corinth store, I was extremely grateful due to time saved. Keep in mind that this is a newly opened establishment. So far, I haven't had any issues at all. Everyone always seems to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and definitely straightforward, which I can respect due to my hard-headedness at times.

  This is a post from my husband: Poor customer service! I went into this store last week to buy a leaf basket for our pool. I was the only customer in the store. When I asked the associate about the different types of baskets the associate barely acknowledged that I was even in the store. He simply said "it depends on what you want to do." I explained what I was trying to do and the guy said "they're all well built" and never even looked my way as the associate was across the room. I chose a mesh basket and made the purchase. As I was leaving the store the associate said "good luck" as if he knew something I didn't. I got home and immediately found out that the mesh basket had too much water resistance and was not what I was looking for and I stopped using it. Two days later I took the net back to the store to exchange it for one with regular netting. A new associate approached me as once again I was the only customer in the store and promptly told me that he could not exchange it without the original packaging and receipt - even though it was a Leslie's branded product that was brand new. When I explained that they didn't print me a receipt and that the packaging was a 2 inch strip of cardboard that ran across the top of the net so that they could hang it on the shelf he said "it doesn't matter I'm not exchanging it." This was even with him being able to see the exact product on the shelf about 10 feet away. I have since talked to our pool cleaning service and they said they have had similar issues with this store. While I thought it was a simple issue of them not caring about customer service, my pool service thought it was a lack of training. Either way, there are way too many good pool supply options out there - stay away from this store!!
