- KNKarla NavarroApr 19, 20261.0I had a pretty disappointing experience with this storage facility. At first, everything seemed fine — the manager, James, was friendly and helpful when we moved in. But over time, things went downhill. Our belongings started getting damaged by rodents, and despite reporting it, nothing was done for about two months. We eventually had to handle it ourselves by putting out poison, which led to a dead rat and even caused another tenant to move out — but the rodent issue still wasn’t resolved. We ended up reporting the situation to the city, and even then, nothing meaningful was done. On top of that, James’ attitude completely changed. He became extremely rude, wouldn’t let us use the bathroom or water source (even though he said we could at the beginning), and even accused us of purposely flooding a unit, which was not true. Overall, what started as a good experience turned into a very frustrating one. I wouldn’t recommend storing your belongings
