  Clean. Well organized but went in looking for Canadian goods and didn't see any. Did buy a few similarfrom the UK

  My family and I shop at other World Market locations frequently and we love it! This was my first experience at this store and unfortunately the customer service was awful. Decided to check it out since we were in the area and it was a huge letdown. Our cashier was dismissive and short with us. While shopping, one of the associates recommended we check out their clearance section, which we did, and I picked an item from there. Found out at the register that one of their employees had mistakenly stocked those items there (several, not just one) and they were not actually clearance. I work retail, so I’m understanding, but if one of your associates stocks multiples of an item at the wrong price, you honor the mistake. It was a $12 item, I wasn’t asking for a lot. But I will not be back to this location.

  I haven't been to a World Market since prior to Covid, they closed the store nearest me. I missed this place. I was in heaven! 🤩 I love this store and glad I made the trip here. I'll be back soon!

  Good product selection, but the checkout experience was terrible. I was the only customer in line with just one cashier working, and the customer ahead of me only had two bags. I waited over 15 minutes to check out. The cashier was chatting away about her previous job and she was bagging items at a snail’s pace, barely one item every couple of minutes. If you want to shop here, go during a time when there are multiple cashiers working or expect to be there for a while. Very frustrated with the service.
