I walked in this store on Saturday morning to browse and buy a couple of things on my list. From the moment I walked in, I was followed by an employee—watching every move and step I took. I was so uncomfortable and upset by this, I will never shop here again.

I’ve been in twice in the last month. Both times were early on a Saturday. Employees doing nothing but chit chatting with each other. NOT a hello to customers. NOT a “can I help you?” NOTHING. Seriously, people. Get yourselves together. You are in customer service. Greeting customers is BASIC.
