Reba took her time to help us choose the right shades for our home (never tried to upsell us, she truly listened to us and our needs). Hector was beyond professional and careful when installing the shades - his attention to detail was amazing. He walked us through setup and ensured we were all good to go. If we ever need new shades, they have our business for life.
