  My experience working with Reba Walker as my design consultant has been impeccable. From our very first design consultation, she was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. As someone installing roller shades for the first time, I had a lot of questions, and Reba took the time to explain every detail, break down the options, and make the entire process simple and stress-free. I was extremely pleased with her recommendations and appreciated how responsive she was throughout the process. Her communication was excellent, and she always took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and promptly. What stood out most was her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything would go smoothly from design through installation. It was clear that she genuinely cared about delivering the best experience possible. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to choose Stoneside for my window treatments, and a big part of that is thanks to Reba. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I’m excited to see the finished result once all of my treatments are installed. Highly recommend!

  I had a very disappointing experience with design consultant Reba. My initial consultation was on April 9th, and I received a quote on May 28th. The final quote for draperies for three windows came in at $32K. What I found ironic was a note included with the quote mentioning a recent internal meeting and an upcoming price increase on June 2nd, encouraging me to move forward quickly to secure current pricing—despite it taking nearly two months to prepare the quote. Throughout this period, I was consistently the one initiating communication, while responses often came with delays or scheduling conflicts (vacation, personal matters, new catalog updates). Overall, the process felt slow, unstructured, not client-focused, and lacking transparency compared to another window treatment company I ultimately chose to work with.

  Reba was very knowledgeable and precise with what blinds would work for my windows and door. She was very friendly and easy to work with. It was a great experience working with her and having her in my home. I can't wait to see the finished project!

  Amy was our design consultant and did an amazing job walking me through various options and colors. She went the extra mile to show me photos, best practices, and what the shades would look like in various placements (floor, window, etc.). Highly recommend Amy for all your window design needs!
