  Lately the laundromat has been dirty, a quick sweep can help so much but they forget to and it just looks dirty and honestly I'm paying to wash my clothes I don't want the debri floating around dust, pet hair, human hair, candy/chip wrappers flying to my just washed clothes. They keep the fans on which is good cause it helps with the heat from dryers but just makes the debri on ground fly everywhere. Also lately there's washing machines full of pet hair, some after use leave the door close so the urine and wet dog smell stays inside. Also sometimes customers put pillows or something and in the wash it breaks down leaving the remains in the washer and on the ground. Maybe has designated machines for pets (there's some laundromat aroind dfw that have that) or just prohibited machines for pet beddings. I mean the pet hair left inside the machinea should be enough reason as it can cause issues in the machine working properly or with the plumbing. Also my son has eczema so the pet hair causes flare ups, I guess thats another reason to consider designated pet machines so people with allergies won't be exposed to unnecessary flare ups because of someone else's pet hair. I'm going to give it another try cause I like the system/concept and the washers in general but will look into other options if I have to. If on my next visit the problem with cleanliness and pet hair continues I will stop spending my money here. To the owner just check your cameras for 5/5/2026 at 530pm-6pm. See how dirty it was and the foam filling flying everywhere.

  Yulet was awesome! She went above and beyond to help me purchase the products necessary to complete my loads. Not only did she help me acquire what was needed, she also assisted during the wash process to make sure my clothes were completely clean. I would highly recommend her and this facility to anyone that ask. Great job Yulet!

  I think it is so awesome that they play Christian music our world is in so much turmoil. People need to hear the gospel they need to hear about Gods love. Music touches people mind, body, & soul sometimes without them even knowing it. The staff is great and treat everyone so good. Thanks for your hard work & dedication to serving people well. We are the hands & feet of Jesus each person will reach who God has planned for them so you just never know who may walk in to your place of business. God planned it

  I’m pretty sure they ruined my wool/silk comforter. The girl at the front didn’t speak English so I couldn't specify what I needed. They must’ve washed and dried it on a really hot cycle because now all the wool from inside is sticking out and the silk part is pilling/ripping. The worst part is my grandma handmade it so I can’t go buy a new one. You would think a laundromat rated this well would know how to clean a comforter like this but I guess not. Disappointing and I wouldn’t be back for that reason. I understand the staff can’t speak English but at the minimum ask some questions on Google Translate if you need clarification. It was in perfect condition before I brought it to them. I am upset.

(she was traveling) so after a huge move ya kind of forget ab everything (until you attack the 2 car garage FULL....get it ab half empty and organized and realize ya have huge black lawn bags of clothes and bedding ect....6qty amd boxes of clothes.....obviously one must WASH EVERYTHING! if only donating, sorting or gifting it HAS to be washed. Cant do the drop off thing bc with this amount who knows what disappears....pack the car amd the trunk...new box amazon hangers. SPEED QUEEN is a MANUFACTURER** Sold name ALONE (Fond memories of childhood laundry) EVERYTHING IS NEW NEW TOUCH SCREEN NFC TAP TO PAY OR LINKED TO AN APP!! WHATTTT? YES! Christian music playing! SUPER CLEAN! APP NOTIFICATIONS so ppl sit in cars...nice furniture. Huge folding tables....floors sparkle. CONSTANTLY people clean and sweep. 5 star laundrymat I never knew existed in reality....the RITZ CARLTON of LAUNDRYMATS Around 350lbs. Total TIME 2.5HRS!!! UHHHHMMAAAYYYZING!!! COST 80lb commercial machine $15 extra rinse, high speed spin ect ect....I believe the base charge is $12ish About 27to 30min. Smaller 60lb and 40lb units available Dryers GUARANTEED DRY 30MIN! $2.50 ab 35 to 40lb capacity....with a sticker to show the fill level. $1.75 WASH DRY FOLD SERVICE w some 10% discounts on certain days Total w tide detergent Downey softener ect... ab $240.00 EVERYTHING WAS SOOOOO FRESH. Better than my home expensive may tag blah blah fancy pants machines. Bothe the washers amd dryers have infinite settings. Very simple. To use! I upgraded everything singke wash to the max....clothes came out of dryer PERFECT using reverse tumble and anti wrinkle modes (no cost) Hahahaha going back today! *"oh no I forgot a few boxes" All in all I ended up w 2pair of socks 2 pair boxer briefs....3 pair of jeans. Hmmm whose clothes were all those? Hahahaha I DONT WANT THIS PLACE TO GET TOO CROWDED! ! DO NOT GO HERE!!! KIDDING!! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN LIFE! HAHAHAHA We last min recruited her friend....paid her w the $50 IN QUARTERS Igot before this adventure. Went to a typical 24hr laundrymat and NOPE SUPER GHETTO. SPEED QUEEN again I recognized as a mfr....sold. I was HIGHLY SURPRISED....in fact I now wish to see how to open a few. This place is ab to DOMINATE the laundrymat ecosystem! Who knew LAUNDRY could be THIS EXCITING!!
