I walked the entire showroom and came within feet of several employees, making direct eye contact multiple times, yet I was never greeted or offered assistance. The lack of basic customer service was noticeable and disappointing. With my background in customer service and sales, I found this level of engagement unacceptable. Based on my visit and other reviews, this appears to be an ongoing issue. I will not be returning or recommending this store.

He was very helpful in giving opinions for colors, styles, etc. Even though I ordered a ton of furniture, it has all arrived ahead of schedule and it looks/feels incredible. My friends always comment on how "nice" the furniture is. In a nutshell, the quality of product and service is amazing.. i will be coming back in the future.
- BCbritton coilFeb 12, 20212.0Furniture was ok but some of it was very cheap looking for the price. Sales associates stared at us the whole time we were in the show room but didn’t acknowledge or greet us. Sad since we found a tv stand we liked but no one was there to help us🤷🏻♂️
