The customer service calls to check if everything was delivered ok and I explain the situations she just says ok and hangs up.. no apologies about the bad experience. I still have more pieces coming not sure what else will I have to deal with.. Nebraska furniture does a better job on white glove service than RH period

He was funny, confident in his suggestions and recommendations, and knowledgeable about the new menu options. I would have given 5 stars but I am not a big fan of the change in menu options. With this change, The roasted chicken just isn’t the same and they’ve changed out the standard 14oz ribeye for a 14oz wagyu steak. Now don’t get me wrong, I love wagyu steak, but sometimes I just want a standard ribeye. RH use to be one of my favorite restaurants but probably will not be a frequent visitor as much as we usually are.
