LAST UPDATE 8/19: I've put my review back to 5 stars again. Excellent delivery experience. I did get a text late yesterday afternoon telling me my delivery window, and then this morning I got an out-for-delivery text and was able to track them in real time. The driver called me when he was about 10 minutes away, so I was able to get my frozen food out of the still-working freezer. He and his assistant did a great job and did everything I asked, including reversing the refrigerator doors. So, in summary, Lowe's did meet and exceed most of my expectations, but they just have to improve their annoying AI phone system and also make sure they're giving accurate information about when their delivery service will contact the customer with a time window.
FURTHER UPDATE 8/18: The promised call regarding a delivery window did not happen. I've had to downgrade my review to 4 stars. The saga continues.
UPDATE 8/18/26: The AI system that answers their phone is awful. Either keep asking it for an associate, or visit the store in person. I had wanted to ask a question about my order, and after several tries I got an associate who told me the person who helped me yesterday is out sick for the rest of this week! I did get another person who answered some of my questions, but although I had asked her to update the instructions, I did not see that done and I was not able to do that using my phone. I did successfully update them using my computer. I will post further updates to this review as the process continues. So far they still rate 5 stars even though that AI phone system is very bad. I'm hoping they'll contact me at the promised time with a delivery window and if all goes smoothly with all of that, they will keep their excellent rating.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: First-class service today. I chose to order a major appliance here instead of at its competitor because the last time I went to the competitor, they acted like they were doing me a favor to wait on me. When I walked into the appliance department at Lowe's, there were three people ready to help me. What a difference! A supervisor showed me a model similar to the one I had decided on, and patiently looked up specs on other models at my request. He also explained the delivery process, and I made the purchase. The appliance should come two days from now. If anything happens to change my review, I'll come back and post an update.

I had two months of frustration regarding an order of kitchen appliances. I called several times to try to resolve the problem to no avail.
I came into the store today and spoke to Yesin (I didn't write his name down at the time, so this might be slightly off) in the appliances department. He went above and beyond and got my problems resolved, and now things are finally moving forward. I want to commend him on a job well done.

Trying to find someone that’s actually working is near to impossible. I have to walk the store or hope someone is in customer service to help in lawn care areas. I went today, waited 15 mins for a forklift, helped the employee move things because his fellow spotter employee is in another aisle on his phone. Many Scott’s Feed spreaders could have broke if it wasn’t for me helping. Then a customer says wow if I wasn’t for your help so many things could have broke. So I ask assistant manager Gabby to see if I can get a discount for helping him out when the other employee was doing nothing. She says “no because your products in your cart are not defective”. I’ve been here at least 10 times and every time the customer service I receive is so terrible compared to Home Depot! Avoid this Lowe’s location as much as possible.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
