I was helped by Juan and Jay today in the Lowe’s in DeSoto they were the best help. I couldn’t have dreamt for better help. It was hot out and I needed compost, soil, and so many other things that they needed a fork lift to hold it all. They even found two 21” pots that weren’t on display. Juan and Jay made what could have been a miserable experience into a delightful one. I would highly recommend Juan and Jay any day. Terrific employees and Lowe’s is fortunate to have them as they’re employees.

Don’t use their installers . Used them for a dishwasher been calling store for weeks no one ever answer phone unless corporate in store . Had to take off to come I store to discuss a dishwasher install that is failing out of warranty by 2 weeks but due to no one never answering phone coming in was my only option . I will be be using Lowe’s for no appliances now I have to pay to get installed correctly
