The absolute worst customer service ever! Website doesn't work properly adds 20 plus items to cart on its own. Even the assoc onstire had problems. The manager was not much help at all . I already had to call back 3 times their phone are not working properly. They had to call me back. Cold transfer. Just poor al the way around. I work hard for my money. I don't appreciate being over charged by $100 then told to call back so they can correct what never should have been charged. I'm paying for their mistakes. Not okay. After the sale they don't seem to give a _ _ _ _! Return and go elsewhere.

Two stars only because the bathrooms were clean enough to use while I waited. 😭 Came in just needing a copy of a key made, pushed the assistance button twice, and waited about 15 minutes. I even asked an employee if anyone was working in Keys, she said she didn’t think so but would call someone over. Kept waiting… still nobody came.
All I needed was a key copied. 😂 At this point, I’ll just try Home Depot.

Drove all over town looking for shade fabric for my garden in this TX HEAT. They cleared it out of their system to .2 cents so they wouldn’t sell it to me. Mind you I was getting ready to pay $24.98 for it! If you don’t give your managers any autonomy to resolve issues, why are they there? Ridiculous ‼️ Worst customer service and a trashy store! The plants look half dead cause no one bothers to water them. Worst Lowe’s in DFW‼️HOT & FURIOUS ‼️And it’s online that I can purchase for pick up in the store. What kind of incompetence is this?‼️The Home Depot stands behind there products and pricing. I think you and your team members could learn a thing or two. So sad!

They are not about providing quality service. I definitely won’t be shopping there anymore and will advise all my family and friends to do the same.
