This is a very unreliable company with terrible customer service.
I ordered three bags of soil and three bags of fertilizer from their website for $28.30. The order was marked as delivered, but the delivery photo showed their store’s warehouse, not my home. I never received any of the items.
I contacted customer service five times to request a refund. Every single time, they told me the case had been escalated, gave me a case number, and said someone would contact me within 24–48 hours. But nobody ever contacted me.
I received three different case numbers. Today, when I contacted them for the fifth time, they were about to give me another case number again. After I gave them my previous case numbers, they finally transferred me to a senior supervisor, but then the chat was closed before the issue was resolved.
This is how their refund process seems to work: every time you contact them, they give you another case number, say the issue has been escalated, and then nothing happens. When you contact them again, they just give you another number.
I contacted them five times, and not once did they contact me back.
I only spent $28.30, but they have made it extremely difficult to get a refund for items I never received. I am planning to contact my credit card company tomorrow to dispute the charge and get my money back.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This store is the WORST. We ordered a new stove and when it got delivered the wrong one was delivered. The delivery guys HAD to install it because according the thier paperwork that was the one we paid for. When I called the store no one could help over the phone, so we had to drive back, when we got there no manager wanted to talk to us. Turns out the cashier charged us the wrong stove. They wanted us to pay for the correct store so when it got delivered we can get reimbursed for the wrong stove. When they came to pick up the wrong stove the guys could not pick it up because they were not "allowed" to touch the gas line, but yet they are the ones that installed it. Again could not get anyone on the phone so AGAIN drove back to the store and the manager available just said he will call us back to see what he can do. It's been a nightmare. NEVER again will I go back to this store. Decided to keep the wrong stove rather to deal with this terrible store with terrible customer service
