I stood in the same aisle, waiting for someone to help me, for about an hour. I had asked two different employee for help - They said they'd come get someone more knowledgeable in plumbing to help me. I left after an hour with no one helping me.
The problem?
I needed to replace a piece (I was holding the piece that needed to be replaced in my hand) and I, being someone inexperienced in plumbing, didn't know where to find it.
I searched through the aisle again and again, unable to find it myself. I don't know if they had it. I don't know what it's called, because no one came to help me, despite someone being called to the aisle I was in several times. I have no idea if they did have it.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
