  Amazing customer service and very patient sales staff, and very knowledgeable and not pushy. They really showed great interest in what we were buying. I just made a huge order and Briana and Joshua were amazing :) Now I will be waiting on my couches and I hope I’ll get the same experience with the product 🙏👍

  There is much to be said about a company and product where the salespersons are not commission-based. Their input and feedback come from their geunine belief in the product. Briana, the showroom manager was engaging, knowledgeable and thought provoking in how she helped me to complete my purchase. She creatively leveraged lifestyle-based questions to help me decide on a configuration, filling, color and accessories. Additionally, she overcame my resistance to committing by helping me understand the investment I was making in adaptability, mobility and modularity for a couch with a bajillion configurations and upgrades! It was one of the easiest decisions I have ever made and one of the most enjoyable buying experiences I can remember.

  The worst place ever ! They don’t care about their employees! Don’t even offer benefits and they don’t pay good! They treat their employees bad! Over priced ! Bad Quality!
