  I had a great experience with Liquidus Pool Services today at my apartments. Christian B. was professional, respectful, and did a great job taking care of the pool area. He was friendly, hardworking, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I really appreciate the quality service and would definitely recommend Christian B. and Liquidus Pool Services.

  Natalie has been taking care of our pool equipment since it was installed. She is always punctual, courteous, and gets the job done right. Liquidus Pool Services is fortunate to have her on their team. Highly recommend!

  This company has the best guys. John is an incredibly nice guy that helped me a lot this morning figuring out an issue with my pool. I even had someone take out their skateboard and show my kids some tricks because he saw that they were practicing.

  I really did not like doing business with these guys. Their invoicing is confusing at best. Year over year they increased their price significantly and while I was trying to work out the price for renewal they stopped coming out and my pool turned green. Upon review of the new contract they wanted me to sign they included a provision that if I terminated prior to the end of the term they would impose a significant termination fee. Overall the quality of service was not good (at times there was still algae in pool after their visit, on more than one occasion they left things behind like buckets and jackets, and there was DE released in my pool and they did not bring same to my attention). I guess the one positive is that they made me realize that my prior pool service was pretty good.

  I wanted to convert my traditional tablet chlorine pool to a Salt Water Cell Generator system. Since my pool is older and I am not tied to a single vendor like in a new install for warranty purposes, I decided to install the CircuPool RJ60+. The old rainbow feeder needed to be removed, and the available installation area was not large, so I decided to reach out to professionals to plumb in the new system. From the initial contact with Gary things were great. Communication was efficient, and Gary responded very quickly to the needed photos to accurately bid the job. My technician Natalie was super professional and had a great feel for getting things plumbed in just right with the different joints and proper flow design. She even let me clean up some other things I did not like that a previous tech from another company did a sloppy install on while she did the plumbing. We had a tiny issue with a leak at a fitting, but Natalie came back the same day and corrected it in around 10 minutes. I've never experienced that with another pool company so that is a big plus. Super professional, great people and great company to work with. What would have taken me a whole afternoon and multiple trips to the hardware store was done in about 90 minutes and the salt cell was online and working perfectly. I highly recommend Liquidus Pools and Natalie and Gary are consummate professionals. Five star for sure.
