  I have consistently been impressed with their service and responsiveness since moving to Liquidus from our prior pool service. Christian B. keeps our pool looking fantastic. And Gary, Kyle, and the rest of the team have been great to work with on repairs.

  I would like to give Christian B a Huge shoutout. Christian has been coming to clean our pool for nearly a year now and has been more than helpful. He always leaves our Pool crystal clear and also has given us so many tips and tricks that we never would have known on how to keep our Pool looking the best year-round. Every time talking with him, he always has the most genuine and positive attitude, no matter what what’s going on. You guys are so lucky to have him as an employee and a crucial asset to the company. If I was to have a pool cleaning service, I would want all my employees to be like him. Whatever he’s getting paid, it should be doubled or tripled

  Terrible service from Day 1: very bad customer service, lack of communication and transparency, lack of problem-solving, regular mistakes, lack of care. Total non-service in some cases. Last week our old plunge just got drained for no reason. We wanted to use it and found it empty, despite the cooler running. We asked why and asked for it to be refilled for use. It never got refilled. This is just one example that happened this past week, There has been many incidents. We decided to terminate our contract.

  Liquidus has serviced our pool for the past 2 years and we are very happy with their work. Christian B. has been reliable, professional, knowledgable, and personable. Since having his service, any issues that have arisen, have been promptly taken care of and our pool has looked great and has been in tip-top shape. We highly recommend! Thanks, Liquidus!

  US Liquid Pools has always been wonderful to work with! I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who was taking care of our pool when we first moved in, but he was fantastic. I was sad when he left, but he reassured us that we would be in great hands—and he was absolutely right! Caidyn has been amazing to have! Our pool always looks beautiful when she leaves, and honestly, when she has a day off and someone else comes to take care of it, I find myself missing her, lol! She does such a great job, and we truly appreciate her attention to detail and consistency. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. I’ve never had a complaint and couldn’t be happier with US Liquid Pools!
