  Utilized HBR to remove honey bee hive from inside our sprinkler shutoff valve box. Victor was great at explaining what he was doing and, in general, how bees behave. He was able to remove the hive and relocate the bee colony safely. Highly recommend.

  It was mostly an inspection of my wood burning fireplace, which I needed as my previous sweep didn’t go on the roof to check the exterior chimney or cap. Very little cleaning was done and perhaps not needed. The experience was good because I wanted the reassurance before the winter.

  I cannot express my delight with HBR!! We had some bees move into our owl house about six weeks ago. We were thrilled and enjoyed them so much! To our surprise one night the owl box fell 15 feet down to the ground! The bees were stressed. We were stressed. Thankfully HBR responded quickly and took our bees to a much happier and safer home. Thanks for your care and support, HBR! I enthusiastically recommend HBR!!

  Very disappointing experience. It has been over a month since I first contacted HBR, and I am still waiting for a basic estimate. Throughout the process, I received multiple commitments on timing that were not met, and many messages and follow-up requests went unanswered. Communication remained inconsistent even after the owner became involved. I understand that schedules can be busy, but clear communication and follow-through are essential. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. When a company cannot reliably provide an estimate or respond to basic inquiries, it raises concerns about how they would manage a larger project. There are many quality contractors who value their customers' time and work hard to earn their business. Based on my experience, HBR did not meet those expectations.

  BHR did an excellent job removing and safely relocating thousands of bees and their hive from the roofline of our home. Victor was the senior tech who did the work and I was very impressed with him. Kim in the office was delightful. She explained the process in detail and was able to get the work done the next day. Do not hesitate to contact BHR if you have a bee infestation. They get the job done quickly and have excellent customer service. We had this done in June 2026.
