Access into the building is all via app. I'm not the best with apps. I was getting all frustrated with it. Leina was like, "do you mind if I put it on your phone for you?' so I gave her my phone and BOOM she had it working in no time. Once it is on there , it works great. Overall, a solid experience. Now if someone would just come and help me move in my stuff! Lol
