I have used Extra Space Storage several times now and have nothing but good things to say! The facility is always clean, I always feel safe, and I feel confident that my belongings are secure. The staff is consistently kind and helpful, which makes the whole process so much easier.
I especially want to shout out Cameron, the manager! He has helped me on numerous occasions and has always gone above and beyond to make everything simple and stress-free. He’s incredibly friendly, patient, and does a great job helping navigate the system so nothing feels confusing or difficult. Truly excellent customer service all around!

Cameron has "saved" us multiple times. The first time, we rented a unit online and it was much smaller than depicted in the online video. My daughter only had minutes to get her stuff into a larger unit and get to work before being late. Cameron got her the next size up immediately AND helped her move her things to the new unit so she wouldn't be late for work.
The second time, we need to upgrade to an even larger unit for just a few days until my daughter's apartment was available. Again...done in minutes and helped us in a big way.
Cameron is polite, efficient, and unbelievably helpful when you are already feeling stressed about moving. Highly recommend this storage facility AND Cameron. Thank you Cameron! I know my daughter will be recommending you to her college friends!
PS. Rent from this location directly instead of using the corporate website. It was inaccurate in the sizing and on the video. Corporate wouldn't refund our money because we ended up having to pay two admin fees to get into a new unit.
