I have rented a lot of units in my life. An extra spaces has been the best customer service oriented I’ve ever experienced. Everyone is so nice so helpful. I’ve never had the manager of the store. Call me Jamie, his assistant Crystal, the two other people that I spoke to in our first call to inquire about the units were amazing thank you so much. Keep up with the great customer service.

While the manager at this location is a really good person, Extra Space Storage is not!! Total BS, they say the "mailed" me a notification of rent increases beginning the 4th month of my rental? Why would they "mail" me something rather than "email" when they have my email address, and could request a confirmation. Obviously it's a TOTAL SCAM to screw their renters, because who wants to move again when you just put your stuff in storage. TOTAL BS SCAM!!!!! STAY AWAY!!
I just needed it short term, but for the people who are using it long term I really feel sorry for you and the fact that you're getting SCREWED!!

I was not in agreement with paying $10 extra dollars. Do too the movers did not know they place my items in the wrong unit. I could not open the storage lock. I walked too tell the person at the desk I was not able too unlock the unit they gave me. When I made it back too them. I notice they placed my item next too the unit they gave me. I explained it too the person at the desk she stated it was not her fault either and charged me extra $10 just too change it over. Same size unit. i was in disagreement.
