Tara is absolutely incredible!! She’s so kind, helpful, and patient with all of the questions I kept asking. Overall, this is a great storage location. It was clean, climate controlled, and I had a super easy, smooth move-in process. I had no issues at all with the location or staff.
🚨 The real issue is with the company’s overall pricing model. It honestly feels predatory. They lure you in with a great online rate, then drastically raise the price within just a few months. My unit started at around $85 and eventually increased to $165, nearly double the original price, even while paying months in advance.
The staff and facility itself were great, but the corporate pricing practices are incredibly disappointing.
