From the moment I arrived by a Lyft, she was openly disrespectful and unwelcoming. While I was actively organizing my unit…. less than an hour into my organizing, she interrupted to say we “can’t just be hanging out in here.” Mind you all my items were neatly in the hall way not blocking the path way at all! For the hefty monthly rent I pay, basic courtesy and respect shouldn’t be too much to ask. Very disappointing experience. If y’all are hiring I would Love a position to demonstrate proper customer service etiquette.
