My first experience using a storage unit—and it exceeded my expectations.
I was honestly a little intimidated going into the process, but as soon as I walked in, Dana and Carol immediately made me feel welcome. They were warm, kind, patient, and genuinely supportive from start to finish.
They took the time to walk me through the different unit options, explain the process, and answer all of my questions. They were also very mindful of my budget and worked to help me find the best option at a great price. On top of that, they shared helpful moving tips and made it clear that I could reach out if I needed assistance while using the storage.
