- JWJa’Lisa WellsMay 2, 20263.0I love the easy access. The elevators are not the biggest so if you have large furniture, I would get a unit on the first floor. The price was around $70 when I got it. Within the last 2 or 3 months it raised to around $120. I was never informed about the price increase. The customer service I received from Delissa was not the best. I’m not sure if she means to sound as rude as she does but I’ll just pray for her and keep it moving. Other than that the customer service I received from others I spoke with at this location was top tier. I honestly would not recommend, only because of that price increase and the poor customer service received from the main person that answers the phone.
