We have maintained at least one unit continuously at three storage locations since 1997. Extra Space Storage is the absolute best. The employees are very professional. The premises are always well maintained. There are two employees, Darren and Rachel, who are capable of multitasking…a talent that is frequently in short supply. I also appreciate that they aren’t reluctant or timid about picking up the phone and calling me when a reminder is needed to pay for my unit. I am pleased with Extra Space Storage and the friendly people working there.
