Mediocre facility with broken carts. @ExtraSpace corporate rent pirates 90 day "promo" rate followed by 75% increase then 6 months later jacked by another 45%. What started $1.1/sf per month within 9 mo jacked to $2.7/sf with no warning, no contract...just their standard gouging practices.
