I’ve had a storage unit at this location for 6 years. This past year, I have been dealing with some major health issues that disabled me from working for months at a time, so I got behind on my payments. I was ill and embarrassed, so I didn’t return their calls. My mistake, I finally reached out and shared my situation with them. BOB and Janine went out of their way to help me get back on track. The key is COMMUNICATION. They can’t help you if they don’t know what is going on. Bob has a heart of gold. He made me feel like I have friends up there watching over me, so no more worries.
