  The woman who came (‘Luz’ pronounced I believe like ‘loose’) - was the most incredible person. She changed my life in about 2.5 hours. A job I thought was impossible… she made effortless. She arranged my closet, so now I am dressing better because I can find things. She organized my belongings so that I can find things easily. I can’t even tell you how much I appreciate her. I woke up early to let her in, I fell back asleep, and when I woke up and walked around my apartment.. I cried out of happiness. It felt so good to not have items everywhere that I couldn’t find, and have her organize my home in a way that totally opens it up / be able to walk around without shifting things. It’s a small apartment and I have a lot of things admittedly :(. I realize now I was buying multiple items because I couldn’t find the original item purchased.. now I know exactly what I have and where it is. She even cleaned out my fridge and organized it. I had no idea I had sriracha..or fresh vegetables because I had given up on trying to sift through everything :( I work a lot and I really just work - come home - sleep a lot.. things were just strewn about. She fixed it all. I am so grateful to her. This service is worth every penny. I chose the organization/decluttering + clean service. She is amazing, meticulous and an absolute godsend.

  I hired this company this past Friday to clean my home, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I greeted the cleaners upon arrival and clearly walked them through exactly what needed to be done. When I returned home, multiple areas had been poorly cleaned or completely overlooked. The kitchen floor—especially near the fridge and dining table—was left sticky. The stove was still dirty, and the knobs appear to have been damaged or stained black. The surrounding walls where I cook were also not cleaned. In addition, the oven, microwave, and countertop appliances were untouched. Other areas of concern included the accent chairs, which were neither wiped down nor vacuumed. What’s most frustrating is that I paid significantly more than I usually do with this company, yet received far below acceptable service. I had to rush to clean my home again myself before guests arrived, which completely defeats the purpose of hiring a cleaning service. This level of service is unacceptable, and I am requesting a full refund.
