  My experience today while visiting this location, was extremely satisfying and worthwhile. The 2 employees, Rachel & Paige, were so nice, very helpful, and extremely patient. They both deserve recognition, because of the outstanding service that they presented today. Thank you both for your generosity and superb customer service!

  It is so difficult to shop here. So much of the merchandise has no price associated with it. I asked about that, and the lady said their tag printer was down. That would make sense, except that I have been struggling with this issue for years. She said they only have one tag printer. How is that possible for a store that size? And why don’t they just print the information out on a piece of paper, cut it to size and slide it into the plastic thing on the shelf that holds the pricing information? So many questions. No answers. I asked if there was an app I could scan a bar tag with. They said yes, but it doesn’t work. Get it together container store. You’re not even a shadow of what you once were. Total dysfunction all of the time. You make it so hard to spend money. Customers shouldn’t have to work that hard.

  I made the mistake of trying to find a solution for my new house. It reminded me how much I hate this place and why. every single item purchase is worthless. missing parts, plastic weak BS that breaks during assembly or is already bent beyond assembly with any visible damage to the packaging which means it was boxed in that condition. all arounsd just a disaster of experience..

  It would have been appreciated if Catherine had asked for my phone number before scanning the items. When I mentioned it after the items had been scanned but before payment, she told me she had already passed that step and could not redo it. She then asked me rather rudely if I was ready to pay. Overall, the store itself is large, well-organized, and has plenty of parking, which made shopping convenient.

  The way the price things are misleading and employees are extremely rude and do not seem to want to be there
