  This locksmith company did not provide the level of service I expected. The technician lacked attention to detail, the customer support team was difficult to contact, and the pricing felt excessive for the quality of work received. Customers rely on locksmiths during stressful situations, so trust, professionalism, and transparency should always come first. Unfortunately, this business failed to meet those standards.

  Amazing experience and savings thanks to Junior who saved me hundreds of dollars vs the car dealership to program a key fob, make new door and tailgate keys and diagnose a broken door lock. He told me exactly what parts to buy on Amazon and did the work in under 30 mins.
