Today I tried to purchase fertilizer at the garden center using the 15% off email I sent . The cashier couldn't understand what was and in front of another customer said I even think is a Lowes email. Being past 65 I don't appreciate rudeness behavior especially from a person not trained to handle this event . I have 3 choices to shop Home depot, Ace and Lowe's. The reason I was sent the email was because we haven't seen you for a while . This the reason you haven't seen me , rude , untrained, embarrassed the customer. Really what type company is this !

This Lowe’s needs to review its safety practices. Employees were assembling metal racks using mallets, creating extremely loud impact noise in an open shopping area. The sound was intense enough to cause me to have temporary hearing loss and pain. There were no warnings, no PPE, and customers were walking right past the work.
I informed the manager, but this should never happen in a retail environment. I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere.

The elderly woman with the bright orange hair and the self checkout today at 9 AM is the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered in any Lowe’s location. She said directly next to me and watch me scan every single thing in self checkout, which makes me very uncomfortable already. Upon the self checkout, thinking that I needed a tax exemption, and that an employee was on the way, she stood there doing nothing for a good minute or two. And she did approach the register, she said absolutely nothing to me, handled her business, and then held my receipt over her shoulder, with her back facing it. Not one word, just a receipt held over the shoulder. If you are going to insinuate that somebody is a thief, come right out and say it, all you did was make me feel uncomfortable in completing my transaction and ensure that next time I will be going to Home Depot, and every time after that as well. I would have let it all slide. Has she not pulled the nonsense with the receipt and absolute silence.

Just want to give a shout-out to an employee who went out of her way to search for an item for me. Claudia passed me as I was rummaging through various pipe fittings. She noticed and proactively offered to assist. After a while, we couldn't find what I needed so I told her, "never mind, thanks" but she wouldn't give up. She got on her phone to search for the item, but to no avail. She made a call and after a few minutes, found the part. I am very grateful for workers like her! THANK YOU so much for caring!
