  Had Marcus in the flooring department helped me. Dude went above and beyond working with me to get what I needed. Shared very useful information for someone trying to lay floor vinyl on thier own. Did due diligence to make sure my purchase can be delivered.

  We came into your store this morning to purchase a gift card as a gift and while we were there, we purchased multiple items. We were directed by cashier to head to customer service for the gift card and advised that we can pay for the other items with customer service. Jaela was behind the desk. I asked her if I could get a receipt for only the gift card. She asked if I could give my receipt which has other items on the receipt. She asked another gentleman and he directed Jaela to ask Jazz, a supervisor. Jazz said that there is no way she can give me a receipt for the gift card since Jaela did not ring it up earlier. Jazz told Jaela to always run the receipt when running a gift receipt to go with the gift card. Jaela commented which upset me. She says why everybody is giving her a hard time and had a bad attitude. I told her that I am not giving her a hard time. I just want a receipt for the gift card because it was a gift. She did not apologize for her comments which bothered me. And she is CUSTOMER SERVICE. She should not be in customer service with that attitude. She should be away from customer service. We shop at Lowe's a lot and is far better than Home Depot down the street. They have terrible staff and store is unorganized. Please tell me if I made a wrong decision!

  The self-check-out attendant, who couldn't let anyone check things out for themselves, felt the best use of her time was to stand 2 ft. away from me while I was checking out to tell me that I was wrong for getting my softener salt from inside the store and that it was available at the exit. I told her I didn't mind doing it the way I did it. She continued to tell me that I should have just gotten it at the exit. I told her I preferred to walk through the store as I could grab other things I needed. She AGAIN told me it was easier to get the softener salt from the exit so I didn't have to drag them throughout the store. Mind you, the two bags were sitting happily in my CART. 40lb softener salt bags are not a problem for me to lift, nor did I complain or ask for her input. This was a terrible experience. I would have walked out if I wasn't IN THE MIDDLE of checking [myself] out.

  I actually typically love the store but my goodness! There’s an older white lady who consistently makes my husband and I feel extremely uncomfortable at self check out. Every time without fail, she comes over to ring up our items. As in, literally takes the scanner from my hand and scans all the items herself. I tried to ignore the pattern, but 100% of the time feels intentional. Because she zeroes in on only us every single time, it makes us feel as though she thinks we’re stealing. That is an extremely uncomfortable feeling, especially as a regular customer who spends so much time and money there. I also politely offered her this feedback directly so she knows the impact of her actions.
