Terrible customer service. Last time visiting Lowe's. I thought Robin was having a bad day until I saw her interaction with the other guests. Her lack of guest service was only directed at certain people. Very rude. Definitely should not be the last Interaction guests have before leaving the store. After reading these reviews it looks like a pattern.

What terrible customer service. Not good for business at all. I tried to make a return today of a $19 plumbing item. The item had a receipt but I was outside of the return policy. The item comes in a factory sealed bag, and was still sealed. I understood I was outside of the return policy, but asked for store credit since I had a receipt on my rewards and the item is still sellable, while being an actively sold item. That would be good for business and for the customer in my eyes. Y'all can resell the merchandise while ensuring that I spend more money in the store. Instead I was told absolutely not. I'm renovating my home and understood I was outside of the return window to the original form of payment. Unfortunatelyour renovation caused me delay and then we used a different plumbing connection than what was purchased. Y'all have lost my business. Enjoy the free inventory as I left my returned merchandise at the customer service counter as I had no use for it anymore.

🚨I WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST AT THIS LOWES
There’s an older black woman with short hair/ low cut that I had an encounter with at self checkout that I DID NOT appreciate. First she ask me if I worked for Uber or a delivery service and asked no one else that question. I answered “No”. Then she proceeds to act as if I’m going to steal something in self checkout. Hovers over me proceeds to start scanning my stuff when I didn’t ask. Stands over me after to make sure I was going to pay. I then ask her if my military discount can be applied. I show her my Military ID she proceeds to go somewhere and ACT like she applied the discount, but the discount said $0 which was not accurate! I told her it says $0 she said yes that is your discount. Then got an attitude and said “well did you upload your DD-214” I said “no I did not”. With more attitude says “well that’s why your discount didn’t come up” which is a lie because you don’t need to upload your DD-214, you verify military status through ID.ME I check out, go to customer service and tell them my discount was not applied. They do it over again and my discount was $45. Being a company that says they support military and veterans I did not expect to be discriminated against inside your store today and it made me feel horrible. I feel so disrespected and will no longer being shopping with this company. I also just spent $4,000 on a washer and dryer here and thinking about returning it due to this experience. Not only that will taking down my previous vlog I uploaded to social media and replacing it with how I was treated today. Over 300k followers on all platforms. I’m so disgusted!
