  I have worked in customer service for 18 years, and the customer service experience I had at this store was honestly shocking. I simply called because I needed a copy of a receipt for my credit card statement after the original receipt had been misplaced. I was not asking for anything unreasonable- I was simply looking for assistance with a basic customer service request. The employee I spoke with, Alyssa, came across as extremely unwilling to help. Rather than making an effort to help me find a solution, I felt as though I was inconveniencing her simply by asking for assistance. The attitude I received was not what I would expect from a business that relies on returning and paying customers. Customer service matters. Businesses depend on customers returning, referring friends, and family, and sharing their experiences with others. Advertising can bring someone through the door, but good customer service is what can make them want to come back. I hope Alyssa receives additional customer service training and understands the importance of treating customers with patience, professionalism, and a willingness to help solve problems. No customer should feel like they are inconvenience for asking a reasonable question. Based on the experience, I would personally be very hesitant to return to this location. If you visit this store, I would recommend asking another employee for assistance if Alyssa is the person available to help.

  Very informative and helpful with water testing. Prices are a little brisk but availability is good!

  'Kyle' was less than friendly or knowledgeable. I brought in my pump and was looking for fittings. I was told by Kyle that they didn't carry the fittings and that he had never seen a pump like mine in 15 years of pool salesmanship. (Whatever that means.) Get on Google and search 'spa pump frame 48'. You'll find a hundred different manufacturers of the same style pump. Kyle doesn't know what he's talking about. Went across 290 to the smaller Leslie's and the clerk there found the fitting after 5 min. He apologized for not knowing exactly what it was off the top. But the smaller store didn't have the fitting and I'm not going back to Kyle's. The difference between 'order it from Amazon for cheap and get it in 48hours' and an overpriced brick & motor store is the employees. You've got good employees at the small store and 'Kyle's at the big store. Another order to Amazon.
