I had an excellent experience with Carla Haun, the Site Manager at Extra Space Storage. Carla was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful during my visit today while I was completing a kiosk installation.
What stood out most was her outstanding customer service. I had previously visited the location last month for the same installation, but the site was not yet ready. Even then, Carla treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. She never made me feel inconvenienced or unwelcome and always maintained a positive attitude.
Carla truly understands the importance of customer service and making people feel valued. She was supportive, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with on both occasions. Extra Space Storage is fortunate to have someone as dedicated and customer-focused as Carla leading the site.
