My unit was broken into and management never reached out over this matter. The conditions of this location went downhill since they changed ownership. This use to be a CubeSmart. I will be moving out the remaining of my property. Do not recommend

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!MAJOR BRAKE IN'S
my unit got broken into and after speaking with another customer this had happened to several other units. The other customer told me that staff and the manager knew about all the brake in's for weeks nows and never notified ANYONE! Police have been called and everything. Gate was also wide open when we showed up as well. Staff seems to not care at all which I find suspicious! After walking the property a majority of the units have been broken into or are vacant from customers leaving due to the theft.
This has been an ongoing problem since extra storage space took over late last year. Theft was never an issue here when this use to be a CubeSmart. I stayed up all night moving my stuff out immediately. I called customer service twice and was told the manager would reach out and they never did. This is looking like an inside job because they don't care despite being told my numerous customers over the brake ins.

Had no issues using this storage site. Easy access and felt safe. Price gradually crept up but this is with every company essentially - at least in my experience

I’m not sure how they are rated so high. After we moved ALL our household goods into 2 units while our house was on the market, they DOUBLED the rent. We went from 100 month to right under 200 for one unit… we had only been there a couple of months. Sad all these places are like that now… we only needed a couple more months while the VA loan gets finished and sadly we will have to move all of our stuff to a new facility. I can see maybe a little increase but double is unacceptable!!!
