This is the first time I’ve ever had to place anything in storage and I must say that I was very impressed! From my first encounter with Candice, who was extremely patient, helpful, and understanding. She explained everything to me, took me on a tour of the premises and explained the prices and reasons. Candice saw that I was a bit overwhelmed and made sure I didn’t purchase a locker until I understood. She explained that if I was unsure about sizing I could either change lockers or get a refund! To Candice, I want to thank you very much!!! You let me pour my heart out to you.🌺🌺
I second and third encounter was with Chris and he also displayed top notch service! I initially went to Chris to change lockers as a fellow renter informed me that the best deals are online. I looked and saw that I could get a much larger storage for only $4 more. Chris explained the process to me and changed the lockers! I was super excited as I needed that extra space. On the day of moving into the locker..I entrusted family to “pack my furniture nice and neat”. That didn’t happen. They just was throwing my items in their. Well anyway..I panicked with thinking I’d need another locker and rented one online just in case. The next day I hired Professional Movers to unpack the locker and repack it. By the time they finished I had almost a half of storage of space! (Thank Logan and Zion!). I explained to Chris the locker was not needed and how I panicked purchased and Chris immediately went into the system and issued me a refund. Thank you so much Chris!! You don’t know it, but you save me money that I really didn’t have to spend and you gave me hope.
I would most definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone that is in need of a storage facility!
