- CWChristie Pace WalkerJun 26, 20261.0I purchased an icebox from Aaron's and have had multiple issues with it since I got it. Every time someone came out to repair it, the problem was never actually fixed—they would only patch it temporarily, and the same issue would return. After I paid the item off, I was told that continuing my Club membership was necessary to keep my extended warranty active. I've continued paying for that membership every month, only to now be told that it does not cover my icebox and that it only includes other "benefits" that I have never needed or used. For the past three weeks, I have been trying to get someone to come out and repair my icebox, but I've been given the runaround. Now both Aaron's and the Club membership provider are telling me my claim has been denied. If you're paying for an extended warranty through the Club membership, I recommend checking whether your warranty is still valid. They may continue charging you monthly even after the warranty has ended, without making that clear. The customer service has been very disappointing. The office staff says they can't help and always refers me to a manager, who is never available. After years of dealing with the same issue and continuing to pay for what I believed was warranty coverage, I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with how this has been handled. .

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
