Helpful sales lady walked me through the store to the area where I was looking for a trash can was on sale. She even offered to carry it to the front for me which I declined politely so she returned with a shopping cart. Good customer service.

Was trying to buy a drill set but you need an associate to get it for you, asked someone for help and they called someone to assist where I was at. After almost 20 mins I got curious and checked amazon and they had a better deal going on for the same set and would have it to me by the next morning so, since the wait would’ve probly been the same I got that one instead.

I was told by multiple people that they had the best warranty so I went and bought me a small outdoor weedeater was asked if I wanted to buy the warranty at that time. I also asked how it worked. I was told they would cover it. Just bring it in and take care of it. OK I bought it five months later we need to break down on me. I called Lowe’s. Lowe’s says that they won’t do anything about it until after a year so I have to call the manufacturer with the manufacturer sent me to a repair shop that is 50 miles away and that’s just to check if they can fix it under the warranty and their wait time was 12 weeks when I called Lowe’s at that time when it broke down, the lady again told me after the year I can bring it in here. I am after a year and they’re telling me that they no longer do that. I have to call the one 800 number that is only open Monday through Friday 8 to 5 doesn’t work out for the working people does it who also work Monday through Friday 8 to 5 here I am down $300. Still need to cut my yard and Lowe’s is nowhere to help. I was on the phone trying to speak with somebody. They put me on hold. I was on hold for 47 minutes. I make my way to Lowe’s, which is 20 minutes out of my way from my house only for them to tell me we no longer do that. You have to call the number which I’ve already called and have told me that they can approve my claim for the cylinder the warranty for me to call the one 800 number that is only open Monday through Friday 8 to 5 so we are on Saturday on the weekend when I’m off to try to do this yardwork and I can’t do nothing because Lowe’s will not do anything about their warranty, which is of no use don’t waste your time on the warranty cause it’s a joke and consider buying somewhere else that has better warranty because Lowe’s will put you on hold for Almost an hour and not help you at all. The manager didn’t even know where I was on hold I didn’t try finding out either. She didn’t care that I was on hold for 47 minutes again. The warranty is a joke. I’m glad it was just a small item. I mean not big like a washer dryer refrigerator like some people but this small item is still a big chunk of money out of my pocket And now I still have to go and buy another one

Terrible service… The Ai call system doesn’t work. When it transfers me my phone never rings and just stays on hold. I had to keep calling the pro desk to transfer me to tool rentals and no one ever answered at tool rentals. All for something I should be able to order online to avoid dealing with incompetent people and systems to get what I need but no a multi billion dollar company can’t seem to get it right. What a joke.
