After spending over $10, 000 the past year and visiting this lowes just about weekly. Today was there to buy rubber 5 pieces of rubber weather strips $15.00 a piece, the box was bent with the stips in them. I asked a male and female workers to please grab a box up top, I didn’t want to have issues with the bent ones, they insisted and insisted they would work, male said those were the last of then, clearly lied, both being lazy and not caring for the customers time, to make a trip back because they didn’t work. I’ve never come across this anywhere, lowes deserves better employees to make for a better customer experience.

We purchased an oven from Lowe’s and scheduled delivery and installation. Unfortunately, the experience has been one problem after another.
Our original delivery did not happen because of a communication issue involving outdated contact information. We worked with Lowe’s to correct everything and rescheduled for the next available date. We tried to be understanding and give Lowe’s the benefit of the doubt.
Then, the night before our rescheduled delivery, we received a late-night text from the installer saying he would not be able to make the appointment due to a vehicle issue. We were supposed to receive our oven the next morning, and we are now being told we have to wait another week for the next available appointment.
What has been most frustrating is the lack of ownership from Lowe’s. We have spent hours trying to get help and have repeatedly been passed around rather than having someone actually take responsibility for resolving the issue.
I even contacted Customer Service and waited on hold for over 10 minutes before the call dropped. No one called back. When I called again, I was told they could not help me. When I asked who could assist with escalating the situation, the representative ended the call without providing any additional contact information or resolution.
We understand that unexpected things happen. Installers have vehicle problems, and we are not unreasonable about that. What we are disappointed by is how Lowe’s has handled the situation and the complete lack of effort to make things right.
We have been loyal Lowe’s customers, but after this experience, we are seriously questioning whether we would purchase another major appliance from the company.
We are not looking for perfection. We are looking for accountability, communication, and some effort to make a very frustrating experience right.

7/8/26 I hired Lowe's to do a tile job. When it was done their installer had laid two different types of tile. Who ever loaded it didn't check the idem number, then their installer wasn't paying any attention or saw and wasn't going to say nothing, luckily I saw it and caught it before they left. That has been over two weeks ago and I can't get them come and fix it. I have called and five times they say an installer will call you before the end of the day to schedule you to make the corrections. But they never do it only their way to get you off the phone. The issue is they have their money because I had to pay up front. I know that I will not never use them again. I thought I would make this known because if I would have seen a review like this I wouldn't have used them. 8/6/26
Today this ordeal is finally done. A different installer came and went above and beyond. He completely removed all the tile and level the concrete floor before starting over. I am very satisfied with to outcome although it starting off very rocky.
